The True2U leadership team is excited to share their Year Two Impact Report, highlighting the growth of the in-school mentoring program for Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) 8th graders. The report lays out the mission of the program, which is to have volunteer mentors from the corporate, nonprofit, faith-based and civic sectors work in small groups with students to help them, over the course of 8 in-school sessions, plan for their futures with what they discover about their interests and strengths. The report covers the 2016-17 school year, reflects back on the first year of implementation, and looks ahead to the current school year, the first with full implementation in all 66 CMSD schools with 8th grades.
