NLI office update – March 17, 2020

Friends of NLI,

Please note and understand that we are committed to the safety and well-being of our community. In keeping with the ever-evolving information and guidelines concerning the Coronavirus health crisis, we are encouraging our staff to work remotely. Our staff’s health is a top priority for the Institute and this measure is best for them, their families and the community. While our physical office space may be empty at times, our organization will continue to operate at full capacity. Staff and stakeholders will remain connected through electronic means, texts and phone calls. As previously communicated, large meetings and community convenings are suspended for the foreseeable future.

Please stay engaged with NLI staff. Knowing the difficult circumstances and significant challenges our community is facing, we are still here to assist wherever possible. We will continue to post organizational updates on our website’s “News” section and via social media.

Thank you for your understanding. Stay safe!

Kevin McDaniel, Executive Director
Neighborhood Leadership Institute
