Book #4 is The Color of Mind

Join us for the next Community Book Club!

NLI is pleased to invite you to read and discuss the next book with us. Book #4 is The Color of Mind: Why the Origins of the Achievement Gap Matter for Justice by Derrick Darby and John L. Rury.  Dozens of community members have contributed to ongoing dialogue on social justice in previous groups. Now, you can join in for our Book #4 discussions beginning Tuesday December 8th. Guests will participate in weekly conversations led by NLI facilitator GiGi Elder. We anticipate these discussions will run from December 8th – January 19th, with a 2-week break over the holidays. Participants should be ready to discuss the Introduction and Chapter One at the first session.

REGISTER HERE.

We have a limited number of books available. If you cannot secure your own copy, please contact Michelle Broome at michelle@neighborhoodleadershoip.org or 216.812.8700
