The Color of Money is new Community Book Club selection

We are pleased to announce the fifth book of NLI’s Community Book Club! NLI  invites you to read and discuss this next book with us.  Book #5 is The Color of Money: Black Banks and the Racial Wealth Gap by Mehrsa Baradaran. Dozens of community members have contributed to ongoing dialogue on social justice in previous groups. Now you can join in on our Book #5 discussions beginning Tuesday February 16th. Guests will participate in weekly discussions led by NLI facilitator GiGi Elder. We anticipate these discussions will run through March 16th. Participants should be ready to discuss the Introduction and Chapter One at the first session. You can REGISTER here. Please contact Michelle Broome at michelle@neighborhoodleadership.org if you have any questions.
