Infant Vitality Survey is released

WHAT IF SOMEONE’S INPUT COULD HELP SAVE YOUR LIFE OR THE LIFE OF OF SOMEONE YOU KNOW?

Neighborhood Leadership Institute (NLI) believes that residents in communities heavily impacted by infant mortality (the death of a live born baby before his/her first birthday) have the wisdom that can increase infant vitality. Our Community Health team is working with community partners to circulate this Infant Vitality Survey to inform residents and collect input on how to improve infant vitality in Cuyahoga County. This work started in the 44128 and 44137 zip codes. It has since expanded into the following zip codes as well: 44103, 44108, 44110, 44112, 44117, 44119.
